At Jaunty Springs Health Centre, we pride ourselves on providing high quality proactive care to our patients who may be in circumstances that make them vulnerable.
Some of our staff have been trained in learning disability awareness as well as commencement of annual health checks that have been run for the first time this year. If you or a person you care for feel that you would benefit from a learning disability annual health check, please contact reception who will pass your details on to the appropriate staff member and will make arrangements if necessary.
It is also important to us that any adult who feels they are suffering a form of abuse report it to us immediately. We can assure you that any information you tell us will be dealt in a sensitive and caring manner. All staff at the surgery has had suitable training in safeguarding and know how to handle safeguarding complaints should the need arise for a problem to be reported.
