Safe Surgeries

Jaunty Springs Health Centre is proud to be a safe and welcoming GP practice for everyone in our community.

We understand that some people, including migrants and those in vulnerable circumstances, may face difficulties accessing healthcare. We believe that everyone has the right to healthcare and are committed to helping ensure that everyone in our community can access the care they need.

In partnership with Doctors of the World UK, we aim to provide a supportive and welcoming environment for all patients who wish to use our services.

We follow patient registration policies that do not discriminate based on race, gender, sexual orientation, immigration status, or any other personal characteristic. As part of the Safe Surgeries initiative, our staff are aware of the barriers some patients may face and will do their best to help overcome them wherever possible.

You do not need proof of address, identification, immigration documents, or to speak English to register with our practice.

As a member of the Safe Surgeries network, we also aim to support other practices and share feedback with Doctors of the World UK to help improve access to healthcare for everyone.

If you would like to register with our practice, please speak to a member of our reception team who will be happy to help you through the process.
